Shipping

We sell and ship to most countries except for countries where we are experiencing a high incidence of lost items.  If your order cannot be processed from a certain country please inform us at info@alles-mooi.com and we will investigate.

Logistics costs have trebled.  We strive to keep the delivery cost to a minimum (Euro 8,50 within the EU).  This varies for destinations outside of the EU.  Please validate the shipping cost at the checkout stage of your purchase.  

We have kept the price of socks the same for the past 3 years but we are forced to recover the additional logistics costs.

The delivery is FREE for ORDERS over 100 € within the EU.  Delivery costs to destinations outside of the EU are free for orders over 150 €. 

We ship registered mail with Slovenia Postal Services.  You are communicated with the tracking number when the order is processed.

Delivery time for EU countries is averaging within 5 work days of the order placement. We are experiencing longer delivery times for shipments outside of the EU (3-4 weeks).  Please understand that we cannot ship with a courier service because that cost will be greater than the cost of the products.
